MeanLedger is the operational ledger and CRM engine for modern subscription and usage-based businesses. Core capabilities include:
- Multi-tenant CRM to track prospects, customers, and plans across every product.
- Usage metering and billing automation for subscriptions, events, and token consumption.
- Invoice management, Stripe integration, and expense tracking for complete financial visibility.
- Reporting dashboards that connect revenue, vendor costs, and customer profitability.
Our goal is to deliver brutally accurate billing and clear operational insight for every connected business.
3. User Accounts
Creation
Provide accurate information (e.g., name, email, or OAuth credentials) when registering. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into contracts on behalf of yourself or your organization. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction.
Management
Keep your account details current and notify us immediately of unauthorized use or security breaches.
4. Acceptable Use
Use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:
- Submit fraudulent invoices, events, or financial data.
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.

5. Data Integrity
MeanLedger is designed to maintain precise billing and accounting records. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit. Review reports carefully, cite external sources where required, and comply with your internal controls and regulatory requirements.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of materials you upload (e.g., customer lists, invoices, attachments). You grant MeanLedger a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Our Content
The Service, including logos, interfaces, and system outputs, is owned by or licensed to MeanLedger and protected by intellectual property laws. Use it only as permitted by these Terms.
AI Content
AI-generated responses or automations may contain inaccuracies or biases. Verify important information independently. We do not claim ownership of AI outputs, but you may not resell or misuse them.
7. Pricing and Payments
We offer free and paid plans. For paid subscriptions:
- Billing follows your selected cadence (e.g., monthly or annually).
- Payments are processed by secure third-party providers; we do not store full card details.
- You may cancel at any time; refunds follow our posted refund policy (pro-rated where applicable).
- We may change pricing with advance notice.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
No Guarantees
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or specific results. Reports are only as reliable as the data provided by you and your vendors.
Liability Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeanLedger is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including lost revenue or data). Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Third Parties
We rely on third-party providers (e.g., AI model vendors, payment processors). Their terms may apply to your use of related features.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MeanLedger, its affiliates, and personnel harmless from claims or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud, or other reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but we may retain information as required by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in California courts or through arbitration if mutually agreed.
